Fantastic all inclusive hotel, away from the main busy ***** of Cancun, the food and drinks are great value for the money and the snorkeling is great from the beach. Definitely worth paying to snorkel with the turtles in the bay which are protected.

Location is very good, right by the sea. Staff very friendly. Food was nothing special. Rooms are a bit outdated.

Here’s a polished version that keeps your casual, fun tone while reading a bit more smoothly: The hotel is in the perfect spot on the bay, tucked away from the crowded tourist beaches and constant parade of beach vendors. Most of the restaurants are oceanfront, so nearly every meal comes with an incredible view. And don’t be afraid of the buffet. It actually has some of the best views on the property! The rooms were fresh, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were great, the A/C worked perfectly, and everything felt well maintained. As for the food, I’d say it’s decent. Nothing mind blowing, but if you keep your expectations realistic, you’ll find plenty to enjoy. The pool ended up being the highlight of our stay because the sargassum (the never-ending seaweed) unfortunately took away much of the beautiful turquoise water the area is known for. And wow… it can definitely have a strong smell. To be fair, the resort is doing everything they can to manage it and keep guests happy, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re visiting during sargassum season. Overall, we had a great stay and would return. I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

The property is well kept. Most of the restaurants were not climate controlled and it was very humid and stagnant in there . The room had an issue getting cold enough for me, but I’m also going to menopause so I think it was more the humidity. I brought a table fan and hand held fan (that stayed plugged in and propped up at my face)and had to use both when sleeping. The food was not the best. The buffet could use some improvement and the sushi was just OK. I had to ask for wasabi and chopsticks. The drinks are not top shelf and the draft beer( Dos Equis) was not very cold. They did have a small selection of top shelf liquor but was limited. The beer drinkers in the group bought insulated cups which made a BIG difference. The water aerobics in the AM was super fun. There seem to be ice buckets in some rooms but not all. You have to ask for ice. Sometimes you get it, sometimes you don’t. I think it should be standard to leave ice every day, but that’s just me. All in all, I was just so hot and uncomfortable the whole time, I can say it was 50(good)/50 (not good)for me. My husband (after getting his insulated cups) was happy as a clam. The big picture is that this was a nice property. They just lack the fine details.

Great property. Enough beach and pool chairs. Room was well thought out, great view of ocean. Steamer in room instead of iron was a nice touch. Alcohol was too shelf and drinks were amazing. We are at all the restaurants for dinner. No problem if you tried to eat before 7. Loved no reservations. Great stay, would go back in a heartbeat.

We only saw turtles when we went out of the resort and paid for the guides. The food from the buffet and room service gave us a tummy ache everyday unfortunately. The drinks were okay, there was not a lot to do to be honest. We had a decent time though and the staff was always there to help.

The resort stretches along the coast so there are plenty of seaview rooms. We stayed in building 4 which was great if you prefer quiet and don't mind a little more walking for restaurants. Buildings 1 and 2 are closer to the restaurants and swimming beach. We tried all the food venues except sushi and all of them were really good whether you are in the mood for a relaxed sit down dinner or prefer the speed and variety of a buffet you have good choices. We enjoyed snorkeling in front of the resort and appreciated the great yoga classes. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The fridge was resupplied daily but with all the food and drink options we did not need much in the room.
