Ana y Jose Hotel & Beach Club Tulum

Had a great time, has a little gym which was a nice surprise, and a little kids play area on the beach. Service was excellent, highly recommend Wiliam our server at breakfast

Firstly I arrived at the hotel and the charged me $1,300mxn where the confirmation on trip.com said it was all paid! We went to our room which was good and kept clean. Very hard to control the water temperature in the shower however! We booked the romantic dinner where in the menu they mentioned there would be flambé at the table - none of it was. This was supposed to be a romantic dinner on the beach where instead we had guests that don’t even stay in The hotel be so loud in front of us. Instead of hotel staff moving them to the other side that was completely open they just kept serving them drinks. The beach bar was supposed to close at 7pm however they just kept serving them drinks. If I hadn’t paid for the 18% service charge before the dinner they definitely wouldn’t get it. As a gesture they just offered 2 cocktails when the service charge alone was far far more than that! The food was not good, at the dinner and at breakfast. Wouldn’t really recommend this hotel.

The Places in a Good Location, but it’s really really dated the rooms are old the food is mediocre The air conditioning was leaking and they had no screens on the sliding patio doors if your looking for something overpriced for what it is this would be a good place to stay it’s worth $ 100 usd a night because it’s on the beach the staff is nice But they charge double or triple that if you don’t like old and warn out damp rooms I would not recommend 2 stars only

Clean room + amazing service! Breakfast menu was delicious and Fresh, and they even got us fresh coconuts straight from the trees. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely beautiful stay. Ana y José is a stunning resort with incredible design and décor — our room was perfect and felt both luxurious and relaxed. The staff were outstanding, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. Facilities were excellent, the food was fantastic, and the beachfront location is truly beautiful. The only minor drawbacks were that hot water was a bit hit-and-miss, and at night you could hear music from a nearby resort down the beach. That said, these were small issues in an otherwise amazing experience. We would absolutely love to return.

The beach in front of this hotel was super dirty with seaweed while the rest of hotels beach properties were clean.
