This is an old hotel,(20+ years) need a lot of attention in their facilities, never been in a hotel where all inclusive is not included, We ask for beer and wine to our room and Jair told us to come and get it . They do have a 24 room service. No A/c in common areas, so it make a little uncomfortable, the tv it was as old and
small , II couldn’t believe the heat in the hotel. Other the the people or front desk they were Awsome

Would not be staying here again ,,Beach is super clean and location is beautiful if it wasn't for that would rate this place at 2 star ! We stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this was worse of all !Not enough staff , there is no beach service only one person to bring drinks so we ended up going up and down all day . This place has only one Buffet it's always crowded and they have no stuff and I meant it !!!Grill side there is one person that cooks one little tiny piece of meat each time even tough I will ask to have two pieces of stake , I have asked if he can have more meat placed to cook at the same time as grill is huge and everyone in our group wanted grill meat but no , ether they pretend they do not understand or they just don't care , Line was very long and everyone was complaining about the same thing!! There is no selection of food at all ,They run out of chicken to be grilled at 12 pm when lunch just started so we ended up eating at snack bar two days in a row as it was a same issue every day !!!Food in buffet was same every day and literally no selection at all , One tiny section for each part , Desserts it's tiny section ,Hamburger buns are outdated old bread , I am so shocked with previous reviews , No entertainment at all at night during our stay only New Year Eve ,ghost town after dinner which we never seen this before as we stayed at many all inclusive! Not worth the money we pay and will not be coming back !!!

Pros: Great property, beautiful beach, nice room, employees went above and beyond. Cons: Not many vegetarian supper options at all, smokers everywhere, the ATM in the lobby is a rip off with the high extra fees.

Property was beautiful. All of the staff were smiling, helpful and happy. Restaurants for dinner were good and beach was beautiful. All inclusive only includes one type of beer, Modelo, unexciting. House wines were garbage too. Tried to order wine with dinner, they were out of all the ones under $40 that I liked, tried to bait and switch with more expensive wines. Breakfast and lunch were only the buffet. The buffet was okay, not great, but again, the hostess and servers for beverages were super nice and the open air restaurant had great views of the beach and pool.

The property was very pretty, but the staff forgot about customer service. They were so concerned about a coffee cup, towel count and their coffee packs. The food was substandard for what you pay for and they tried to upcharge when we got there. Overall will not stay at this resort or sister resorts again!

We loved it here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The beach is so beautiful. We also really enjoyed the food.
