Facilities The hotel facilities are quite good for a 3-star class, there is enough parking in front and behind the hotel. - there is a meeting room - there is free wifi in all areas including the room - there is a restaurant, which has a kids corner on the 2nd floor. Minus there is no swimming pool, if there is this hotel is perfect because it could be a suitable hotel for families with small children . 3. Service The service of this hotel is very good. Because I see from hospitality all the employees are very nice. From the security guard outside to the staff inside the hotel, they always give greetings and always smile every time a guest passes by. I also have a plus in the FO section, especially to Mr. Rudi (FO Manager) when there was a problem in the check-in process due to an OTA error, the hotel was very helpful, especially Mr. Rudi to resolve the issue to the relevant OTA, so we can check in. God willing, if I have the opportunity to go to Tulungagung I will stay again at the Tulungagung Palace Hotel.
