It's a clean and cozy hotel in the center of the town, but I had a big problem with one of the receptionists.
When I arrived (April 12, at 4.30-5 pm), two ladies worked in the reception, a skinny one and a bigger one. The skinny lady was very professional, but the other lady folded my passport in the wrong way, and it got damaged (see attached picture). I took the passport from her and showed her how to scan it. Actually you don't need to fold a passport at all to fit it on the scanner.
I am expecting some kind of compensation for this incredibly stupid and unnecessary thing.

It was my first time to Tumote Zuoqi. It was snowing so I found a hotel nearby. This hotel has a large room, breakfast, parking, and is very convenient for snacks and shopping.

There is a supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient. I live on the 7th floor, which must have been recently renovated and relatively clean. All are disposable bath towels and towels. There is no heating in the hotel, only an air conditioner that is not very sensitive. Relatively dry.
