"The staff could not have done more to make our stay more comfortable! We called up beforehand to ask about dust (one has an allergy) and heating. The lady on the phone let us know they would note the dust allergy with house keeping. We arrived and discovered the room was sparkling clean and they had even put on the heating for us so the place was warm. On a cool winter evening, the warm room was especially welcome. When I spoke to the staff the following morning, it was clear they were genuinely concerned for our comfort. Professional and kind! The room was also very nice and modern."
