Staff not attentive, almost impolite. Catastrophic bedding, the sheets were not changed during our entire stay and in addition, dirty sheets and old, tired mattress that make noise at the slightest movement. The restaurant does not offer anything interesting for a 4-star hotel. I do not recommend and must be downgraded to a two-star. It is a shame for the Tunisian hotel institute.
