Very nice place to break up the trip to the beach. Only draw back is that the breakfast doesn’t last as long as it says it does on line

The room is not as good as before, the location is better, it is very convenient to eat and buy things, the bath water is not big, the room is not very clean, the overall experience is much worse than a few years ago

On back to back days, in two different cities, we were not given the rooms we reserved on your website. Best Western blamed you and said we should contact you. But there was no way to do so. So don’t know who is at fault. But very dissatisfied.

Room had a wrapper and large crumb in middle of room. No meat protein at breakfast. No water available to fill water bottles unless purchased. Not eco friendly at breakfast, all plastic everything.

The room was large and everything was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent - waffles, danish, yogurt, cereal, biscuits, gravy, fruit. I would stay here again.

This is an older motel but is in decent condition. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was fine. Several restaurants are less than a block away. Could have been a little cleaner but overall okay for one night. We would stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel because of the price. I didn't expect it to be as nice as it was because the price was half as much as I have paid for hotels that weren't half as nice. Everything was clean. The breakfast was outstanding. And I felt safe. I would definitely recommend to others.

I gave 5 stars because overall it is a nice place to stay, good location and a great hot breakfast. Our only complaint was no hot water for the shower. I noticed this with other reviews as well. We have stayed here several times and its always the same, barely warm water and by the 3rd person showering its completely cold.

This place was amazing beautiful clean pool was nice. Breakfast was good could not ask for a nicer room.

I liked the comfort of the mattress and pillows. The hotel is close to the interstate, but, not so close that there is interstate noise. There was a lot of noise from the surrounding rooms. It sounded like a herd of elephants were "let loose" in the room above us. Then, it sounded like furniture was being moved around ( all this till 1145pm and started back up at 715am). I guess the problem was in the construction of the hotel. But, also in the "cluelessness" of the guests. So, I hate to disparage the hotel. I guess if you got a room with no one overhead, it would be fine. The hotel was really clean ( for the most part) than others I've stayed in. But, had some room for improvement.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, and easy access. Morning breakfast was one of the best we've had in a long time. Some restaurants are close. A large shopping area is nearby. And don't forget Elvis!

I decided to give Best Western Plus a chance and I was pleasantly surprised. This one in Tupelo was very nice and well worth the money. Comfortable beds.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. Walls a little thin or maybe just noisey neighbors up stairs.

This was a Good stay. But a bit noise at night. We were on the 1st floor rm 121 next to stair door which opened all night slamming
