The hotel location is far away from every thing marina new and old You need every time to go the taxi approximately 600 tl goning and 600 tl coming The customer service in this hotel needs to be improved not as standard of the name swisotel Im a continuous gust in ist swesotel i never felt this before the staff was dealing with us as we are nothing The breakfast was horrible i had an stomach pain from first time i never went back all my stay because of bad service from blond staff i think she was the breakfast area manager when she see that im arab lady she was talking to im nothing I forgot my buff in a taxi since 11 pm they told me the will check cameras however i inform them while the taxi on the gate but the didn’t do anything next morning i called the reception to aak about it they informed me that the didn’t find insest to try again then they called me that the found it but the taxi will bring it he needs 600tl to bring the receiption staff and his front office manager was very angry and shouting at me even im a lady Both this incident I discussed with 2 front managers non of them do any thing i was feeling unsecured there really the hotel not suitable for goulf countries nationalities an email was send to trip.com but no action

I was enjoy with the family of my boss and madam the childrens was verry happy to play around and to join kids club with the all teachers kind and loving kids as well.

The Hotel is very nice I love the hotel I liked the white stairs the bathrooms marble as far as design the windows is sealed you don't hear nothing. Every thing is very clean. The staff is very very helpful and they keep asking if your things is done if you asked them for something. I noticed that when 2 guys want to help me then they become 3 guys want to help me fitting all my luggage in my rental car I had put 3 suitcases in top of the car the did that for me they did unbelievable job with tieing the rope with 3 bags those guys were Arda, Cemil and Mustafa so you ever need help I suggest you to contact Cemil or Jameel he helped me find a hardware store. It was great. Regarding the beach there beach is 10 times nicer than other beaches i went to I beach club we went to paid 6000 per person and there beach all big stons i think it is called Lucca Beach you can't walk smoothly out of the water it barefoot. Every thing is so nice The last day we stayed in a corner suite garden view it lovely can take 5 person easily and you have a patio with sofa set outside it is huge 90 sq M. and cheaper than 2 rooms lovely lovely suite it's very good for family. Over all it is very nice the only thing is missing volleyball or water volleyball. There spa is very nice and clean.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The foods are delicious, the view is amazing(especially sunset at Monachello restaurant) and Hotel stafs are very helpful
