We would like to confirm that our mattresses come from one of the most prestigious and recognized brands in the sector for the quality of the materials and the excellent performance in terms of comfort and durability. With a thickness of 40 cm they guarantee optimal support during rest. As for the pillows, in each room there are three models with different consistencies, to adapt to the preferences of each guest. We also offer a menu with a personalized selection of five types of pillows, available on request, to meet the specific needs of each individual. In light of the above, you will understand our surprise in receiving your criticism. Also with regard to breakfast, which is one of our flagships, we are truly sorry for your comment. Our offer is rich, varied and attentive to different dietary needs, with both vegetarian and vegan options, and strictly prepared with 0 km products. The quality of the breakfast is always the subject of numerous compliments from other guests, and therefore we believe that your opinion does not reflect the service actually offered. Finally, we would like to remind you that our hotel has a garage available upon reservation, as clearly indicated on all booking portals. In the future, we invite you to carefully check all the information available before expressing opinions that, in some cases, could arise from poor information.
