The view is great, and the landlord is friendly. The room and bathroom were surprisingly clean. But for this price, I wouldn't recommend this place. I caught five spiders. They weren't huge, but they were quite bothersome. The room smelled like flowers and the bathroom. When I tried to ventilate the room to get rid of the smell, mosquitoes and bugs came in. There were no screens. The bathroom is shared, and there's someone in the next room. I can hear everything they do, and the door is really loud when I open and close it. If you're sensitive, this might be a good option. There's no washing machine, so you have to use a coin laundry. The bed is uncomfortable. Aside from the view, location, and cleanliness, there are no advantages. The cleanliness was also questionable, with a lot of spiders. I didn't include a picture of the spiders. Unless it's urgent or within budget, I'd reconsider.
