Останавливались на одну ночь. Отель в целом нормальный — чисто, расположение удобное, рядом есть рестораны и магазины. Персонал вежливый, старается помочь. В целом — подойдёт для короткой остановки, но до уровня «отлично» немного не дотягивает.

I just spent one night at the Rixos Turkistan,and had a great experience. The hotel is modern. The rooms are large and clean. The hotel is connected with a small shopping centre with a supermarket. The spa and fitness centre are great. The pool in particular is huge and very much adapted for people who like swimming, with a smaller pool for children. The staff are usually very friendly and you can easily find somebody with a very good command of English, which is not always a given in Kazakhstan. This morning, the cleaning lady, seeing me going down with my big back for checking out, asked the hotel staff for assistance, and I was also allowed to use the pool (I had it for myself) after checking-out and before going to the airport. This was very much appreciated;
