I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Turkistan, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers a modern and comfortable atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the availability of basic amenities such as toiletries, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. The staff was polite, helpful, and professional. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The receptionists answered all my questions promptly and courteously.

As always, the Hampton lives up to expectations. A perfect rest with the best possible location and views. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. All the reception staff were very friendly and professional. I would have stayed more nights.

The location is excellent. Right next to the tomb. The room wasn't very large, but it was tidy. Breakfast was adequate. Thank you.

The location is very good, directly in the pedestrian zone; parking is convenient, clean and comfortable, the front desk is enthusiastic, and the water radish for breakfast is cut into cute shapes. The room is a little small. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the city wall, and it is very convenient to see the holy mausoleum under the sunset. The disadvantage is that it is too popular. I wanted to stay for another night, but when I woke up in the morning, there was no room. It is recommended to book in advance, especially on weekends, when many people from other cities in Kazakhstan come to worship or visit. I like Turkestan. This city is as beautiful as the ideal city of the Turks. The museum is better than its national museum, and there is no need to queue for "Flying over Kazakhstan"; many projects are still under construction, and they look thriving. And the police are nice, unlike those in Almaty...

We stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was soured. For the second day in a row, our towels weren't changed; we had to call reception and literally beg the staff to bring new ones. Furthermore, today they still didn't bring us water in our room, and our glasses weren't washed. Basic things like cleanliness and service are clearly lacking. We'd like to see more attention to guests and more adherence to basic service standards.

The hotel is very close to the Yasawi Mausoleum, which can be seen through the window. The night view around the hotel is very beautiful, and you can go out for a walk after dinner. The hotel's hygiene, front desk reception and breakfast are all good.

The room was very nice and clean. The service attitude of the hotel front desk was very good. I was very satisfied with my stay. Convenient location, with delicious restaurants nearby. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious with a wide variety of choices.
