Just had a one night stay at this hotel and have to say we are very disappointed. It was for my husbands birthday. This was by no means a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in a lot of 5 stars in turkey and this one does not come close.
The complex itself is very nice but service is very poor. Not enough staff on each department. No free Wi-Fi in the rooms. And the food was terrible 😞 I only stayed one night and was sick with stomach cramps all night 😞 We actually left early which I never do !!
Also the drinks choice was very poor and not good quality at all 🤷♀️
We went to use the gym at 18.00 to be told that it was closed for the evening ? Why?
I would not recommend this hotel and would not

All the facilities of the hotel are very nice. We had the opportunity to have a 4-day holiday with my family and we liked it very much. The room and all areas are very clean. Our room was cleaned daily. The pool and social areas were nice and clean. The meals were both diverse and delicious. It would have been better if there was more animation during the day, but we still had a very nice holiday. I thank Trip.

Everything is so beautiful. So funny. Rooms clean. Hotel personel so good. Thank you so much Mr. Tonga from Entertainment team. We was going disco tour. It’s so crazy and so funny. Best entertainment and best bar personel. Foods not too bad.

Family holiday was absolutely fantastic the entertainment was top notch,the hotel was good some minor issues but coz of the entertainment they deserve 5 stars for me the lads were fantastic and girls were there to keep as busy at all times. Class all the way around.

Because of the Animation crew I will give this a 5 star review. Lately I have talked to alot of people in this hotel and personally they all have great backstories. Because of all the things that happened. They made me forget about what happened and made my stay a pleasure! Thanks to Miss Tuğba and Mister Oğuz. Animasyon ekibinden dolayı buna 5 yıldız vereceğim. Son zamanlarda bu otelde birçok kişiyle konuştum ve şahsen hepsinin harika geçmiş hikayeleri var. Olan her şeyden dolayı. Olanları unutturdular ve konaklamamı keyifli hale getirdiler! Truly an amazing hotel. Their service is super friendly and open to all people. Xafira constantly provides entertainment & games during the day and all different types of shows during the night. The animation personnel was brilliant! Rooms are regularly clean every morning and you also get provided with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
