Asrin Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

We checkin night three was no techical service at the hotel after midnight the receptinist helped US and adjusted the się conditioning freindly person mr ahmet very respectful and polite person for every thinking thank you do much....we visit again the next year this hotel .....

Here is an honest yet balanced review, starting with the negatives; * Air Con- wholly inadequate, twice we approached reception to complain about it. Each time they sent an engineer to fiddle with the remote (something I could have done myself). Essentially air con is nothing more than a fan and you only feel a small breeze if you are directly underneath it. The solution of putting ‘turbo mode’ on the control, which doesn’t work by the way is simply poor. *The bathroom smell- absolutely appalling, it stinks and literally rancid. We ended up having to leave the balcony door open at all times to get some fresh air and mitigate the foul smell. Now for the positives, despite the above I have to say this was the best holiday we have had in a very long time. There is something for everyone, if you are travelling to with kids they will love it! The pools are nice, clean and have two fun slides. At 9pm there is a kids show which is lovely and at 10 some amazing acts for adults. There is a pool side bar and one within its private section of the beach which serves lunch too. The food was honestly restaurant quality and different everyday. There is a bbq every night and with different meat; absolutely brilliant. The staff are lovely and attentive especially for kids. There is a spa and my wife had two amazing treatments/massages. Seriously sort the air con and bathroom smells out and this would be 5 star. You have a lovely hotel and my kids were in tears leaving (sign of a great holiday). Thank you to the lovely kids club staff you have no idea how much you have helped my kids in confidence with encouragement to join the kids dance at the kids show!! Bravo!

This hotel was amazing especially the night staff receptionist Ahmet. Ahmet was always helpful and gave us extra information. Ahmet is the only night staff and he covers all areas. One night we had problem with AC and Ahmet dealt with the problem even though he was alone. Great human being and always willing to help. This person made our stay welcoming

Good for people who loves russians, they r everywhere and that was annoying. Elevator broken twice. At 7-8 o’clock can not find empty sunbed. People leave towels on the beds, then disappear for all day. Hotel staff don’t know how to sort that problem. Very friendly staff, special thanks for Ibrahim. Young people serving drinks …very patience with russian customers.

This is the worse hotel I have ever been to the staff at reception are so rude if you have a problem they are against you and will not help you at all they stuck up for there own. We had three power cuts in a week two with in one night still letting people in the restaurant to get food in the dark which is health and safety there as some one knocked in to me and my glasses fell on the floor and broke I went to reception and asked if they had any super glue to put me on the man turned around to me and said it’s my problem and to go buy some glue. We had to ask for clean towels everyday bathroom in your hotel rooms smells like dirty water. The toilets near the pools have no lights in during the day and it’s so dark in there. You get people coming out of there rooms at 10 at night screaming at you in there launague for walking on the corridor talking and the staff don’t do anything about it.the shower fell of the wall when I was taking a shower hit my head and landed in my foot witch left a bruise went and told the man and reception and he turned around and said he will have to go see what damaged I have coursed not once asked if I was ok. Avoid this hotel
