We’ve stayed for 10 nights. Arrived at night and during check-in lady spoke English and told us go for dinner and then come back to finish off the check-in.That was really nice because we were hungry after all travelling. They have provided info pack with all the times for restaurant and other services available through the hotel. Our room was in block 5 and was facing the volleyball court. During night entertainment you can hear all the noise in your room, even with windows closed. We had a slight issue with AC, but butler helped to call the tech guy who took some time but initially fixed it. They have a panel where you can choose if you want your room cleaned or don’t disturb. Our button didn’t work even after reporting few times to reception. Anyway, rooms cleaned, aired and fresh towels. You get cards for beach towels and you can get fresh anytime you return towels. Food was delicious and fresh, with seasonal fruit and veg, grilled meat and fish. Lots to choose from even for picky eaters and children. We went to Mediterranean a la carte restaurant, which had delicious food. Beach is close proximity and has its own snack bar. Sea refreshing and clean waters. Loads of water sports nearby. Swimming pools are clean and aqua park has limited opening hours. Entertainment team works hard but it felt a bit repetitive after staying there for 1 week it became a bit boring. Kids disco every night almost the same songs but kids have fun. Night shows and performances are nice to see first time. They had few themed parties which were nice but the songs were almost the same. Waiting staff don’t really speak English. Nice ice cream and waffle shop, have mini market in hotel where you can buy all necessary stuff that you forgot or buy souvenirs or floaties. Have a nice tattoo studio, where we had our tattoos done the best quality. Transfer took about 2hrs with private transfer. Comfortable and has mini bar (you have to pay 2-3€ for drinks). Sadik was quick to drop us to airport. In overall nice hotel to stay in, experience Turkish hospitality, rooms a bit dated but that’s only for sleeping. However, it’s far from all sightseeing places, so next time I would book somewhere closer to place wanting to visit.
