The hotel is disaster from start to finish, not a 5***** hotel at all 3*** max, pools absolutely freezing cold, food very limited not tasty, pool water is not getting tested which causes we have got sick one after another one. Kids entertainment absolutely shocking, kids club only painting. Ice cream serves only 2 hours and it's so small you have to get 5 of them to actually feel you had an ice cream. WiFi you need to pay not for room each person. Frappe coffee first few days was with cream after that was it cancelled wasn't allowed - probably too expensive 🫰. Staff absolutely zero English Language not helpful and if they had to smile on reception they could die. If you arrive late at night pack or buy sandwiches with you because we came to the hotel at 10:00pm absolutely starving and had to wait another 2hours for midnight soup, 2 soups+ left over bread. Manager of hotel very rude, wasn't speaking English and was threatened by them to call police as I wanted to see a proof of testing water in pools. Our maid was lovely 😍, and Yakub the trip advisor he managed get us really nice bus when we went for tour. Other than that stay away.

The territory is great , the food is great too , I like everything , the animators are cool , funny , lots of entertainment shows , the rest is wonderful , the sea is cool , there is a pier and a regular entrance , there are a lot of pools

Bellarus Maria, and the Russian Maria is the best animator, the hotel is very big and good it’s one of the best hotels you can go to. Oguzhan is the best danser in this hotel.

Where to begin, driver from airport drove at 115 miles per hour. Next our room was awful we had to change rooms. Staff could hardly speak English. Food was terrible we lived on bread. Alcohol gave us heart palpitations. The cleaners stole some of our clothes. We had to demand our room be cleaned and sheets n towels were changed. The floors were a real hazard slippery and dangerous somebody will get really hurt. There were 3 areas that stunk of cats piss. But there wasn’t a cat in sight. The pools were great and that was it. People push and shove you to get food. So many other guest were so rude to the English. I know I will never ever go back.

I stayed at the Vikingen Infinity Resort for a week-long holiday, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the 5-star rating it advertises — at best, I’d say it’s closer to a 3-star experience. The rooms were disappointing: they felt grubby and rundown, with peeling paint and noticeable damage to the furniture like chipped wardrobes. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired — the bathroom was barely cleaned during our stay, and towels and toilet paper weren’t replenished unless we asked. There were long queues at the bars for drinks, and WiFi wasn’t included — we had to pay €10 per device for the week, and even then the connection barely worked. When we asked staff for information about nearby shops, we were only directed to the hotel’s own gift shop, which was extremely overpriced. We also booked excursions through the hotel-based companies, which turned out to be misleading. We were promised a visit to a Turkish mud bath (which never happened) and told soft drinks were included — they weren’t, and we had to pay extra for them. Talking to other guests, we found they had paid significantly less than we did for the exact same trip. One positive experience was the spa massage — incredibly relaxing and well done. However, that was soured when a “hotel doctor” interrupted the treatment to pressure me into paying €250 for a five-day massage package, claiming I had a serious issue despite my insistence that I was fine. He even followed me out to try and guilt my partner into paying. The food at dinner was one of the few highlights — a good variety and generally well prepared. However, as a family hotel, I found it odd that the kids’ entertainment didn’t start until 9:30pm, which was far too late for our children, meaning we missed out on evening shows. Overall, I would not recommend Vikingen Infinity Resort. There are better options out there that offer better service, transparency, and value for money.
