It was clean, had lots of beds. My little boy, who is 5 immediately said mama, I want to go home, it’s so small. Could see the sea, very nice. Location, remote, beach sandy, an small. Air con dodgy Lots of pools, all clean, water slides safe and good. Not much queuing. Life guards amazing. Food, like feeding time at the zoo. A wild frenzy. Lots of choice, didn’t get ill. So much food waste left, hanging around. Staff could not possibly keep, up with demand. People take all inclusive to the max level Tea and coffee perfecto, the main reception area, was just simply stunning, no expense sparred, really nice place to chill, lovely open bar to watch sunsets Spa was a nice experience, the whole hotel is like an adventure, I got lost so many times. Pools are a credit to this place, really family, child friendly. I felt my boy was safe. My room did not get cleaned as much, as I would have liked. When speaking with staff, language was an issue. Housekeeping bad, all other staff, used an interpreter app. Which was good. Excuse my ignorance. I would have to say, staff need to be trained when collecting you from the airport. The lack of communication, your tiredness, unsure of what going on. We were scared, he showed no ID an we could not communicate. There was no paperwork. We thought we were going to die
