Where do we even start.. arrived at the hotel to be offered a upgrade for £100, as apparently they put us in different room (maybe our fault at booking who knows) so we paid and went to room, lovely big room, clean. Woke up the next morning to go for breakfast and soon realised food was not nice at all, the same things everyday morning, dinner and tea. I can’t stress enough the madness of the food hall, people just trample over the kids and push in, you have to lose all manners here just to be able to get something to eat, it’s hell!! Don’t see what the fight for food is about when the food is actually disgusting. We ended up going out for tea. Pool is way to small For the amount of people booked into the hotel, I understand the island is here but it’s disgusting over there, pools get closed everyday as people think it’s ok to drop a load in the pool .. literally everyday, the walk to the island smells of utter sh*t also. On to the all inclusive… next joke, unless you enjoy watered down beer or watered down vodka then you pay for everything else, kids ice cream is to pay for. Cocktails to pay for, €9 for a single JD and coke. Nothing is free for it to be all inclusive like we read.. misleading and a scam, you will have to be up at 6am to get yourself a sunbed as the pool is over crowded. Shop is over priced €8 for a small tub of Pringles and €10 for a bar of chocolate. Children’s entertainment.. smoking while dancing with the children and instead of focusing on the children more interested in flirting with the men
