Long Beach Alanya - Ultra All Inclusive

Been a great experience, hotel/room great, lovely staff, just would like more variety of food but think this was due to the time we came! We liked the pools some of them were heated. The hotel had in evening shows it was great. We would recommend this hotel but next time in the summer season.

We enjoyed the stay in long beach. We were here with a family of 4. The aquamarine was great and warmed. The first few days our airco in room was broken but the hotel changed us a room so that's good. The food was not the best but it was okay. The service was okay. I would recommend long beach for a nice holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel The good bits were: * Lots to do for children, water parks, funfair, activities on the beach like jet skiing, surfing machine, lots of pools with different slides, arcades, zip line. * entertainment in the amphitheatre was good (some were better than others) *rooms were lovely and plenty of room. Beds were comfy. (Had about 10 hangers for 4 of us though :/ ) * lots of pools to choose from * snack bars were good *Bbq area for food we found it the best place to eat. * hotel was very clean constantly cleaners were going round cleaning up after people. The bits we didn’t like: * food in the buffets were not to great and sometimes cold, (we avoided the salads) * the bar staff sometimes were rude * you had to pay for a lot of extras which should be included in an all inclusive like you had to pay if you wanted to eat in one of the restaurants, they had juice stands and popcorn stalls which you had to pay for. * when you sit down for food no one ever came over to offer to get our drinks we had to constantly chase the waiters to get drinks and even then we had to wait 15-20 mins for one. * the Russians and Germans that were there were extremely rude constantly pushing in the ques for food and at the bars. Even when you called them out for it they would argue back one person actually spat at my sister ( I am aware this isn’t the hotels fault though) * if you tip you get better service etc this shouldn’t be the case if your already paying nearly £4000 for a holiday for 4 people. * the arcades were expensive you had to pay for credits (40 euros for 25 credits and some of the machines are 5 credits) * as it’s so big you get the personal touches. All in all a good holiday we would defo return regardless of the bits we didn’t like about it. The hotel is huge so takes a while to get your bearings. Weather was amazing too!

Absolutely fantastic holiday. Not many whingeing Brits, fantastic hotel, brilliant food and service. STAFF could not be more helpful. Son loved the water slides every morning. Daughter loved the alcohol free Mojitos. Wife loved relaxing. Entertainment every night if you wanted it. I recommend this hotel

Perfect family holiday destination! We returned today from a fantastic time at Long Beach. We stayed in the superior sea view room which was spacious and cleaned as requested. We had two massages in the spa which were divine! The meals were good with loads of variety. The kids (and adults) loved the water slides and pools and a swim in the sea was gorgeous. Staff were friendly and helpful apart from the occasional grumpy person who has probably had enough of the season now and is ready for a rest. One or two other families were very rude; having reserved 10+ sunbeds and then accusing us of stealing them. However, we managed this and it didn’t take the shine off a fantastic break! We will definitely be returning.

Much good and a lot of cons too. Food like in usual all-inclusive, a lot to choose from, you won`t be hungry, but nothing fabolous. Too long queues always in restaurants. Coctails nothing special, kids coctails tasted like sugar syrup. Dished not very clean always. I wasn`t satisfied at all with room cleaning. Dust under the beds, bathroom with water stains, our floor was not washed even ionce during 9 days. I asked, but still nothing. Cleaning lady only put our sheets straight and that was all. Territory really big, very much walking. Evening shows good. At the beach side many things paid like ice-cream, popcorn, potato spirals, fruit etc. Zipline 20€, cars for small kids also paid, adventure trail also paid. Starbucks coffee lie 7€. Location not the best, we took local bus to shop, near the hotel are robbers, asking huge prices. Hotel shops also, unbelievable prices. Pringles chips 9€ for example. Dubai chocolate 10€, Bim market in Türkler is cheap, also Migros. I never got beach chair, at 10 o`clock in the morning all taken near the pools, but plenty in the beach. Beach is good, sandy and peaceful. Was okay holiday, but won`t be going back. Been in lot better hotels.
