Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

I have been travelling to Turkey for over 25 years and have been to a variety of different hotels. This trip was my first time to Anlaya. We travelled as a family of 4, as two adults and 2 children age 5 and 8 years. The moment we arrived I was impressed with how grand the hotel looked. There was juice, apples, mints and Turkish delight in reception. We were checked in quickly and our bags were taken to our room. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The food at the hotel has been excellent for the whole two weeks we've been here. We have always found something to eat and there is so much choice. The kids buffet was a great idea too. The restaurant staff all work really hard clearing tables and they are very polite. The kids club was very good, again made special by the staff Akin and Martina were excellent with the kids. The Al la Carte restaurant was excellent and again the staff were all friendly and attentive. Our drinks were always really nice and this is the first hotel in Turkey that uses good spirits,all cocktails tasted like they would back home. The entertainment team go out of their way to keep to involved and busy. Jonny and Kayta in particular always make time to check in and make sure everyone is having fun. The people working around the pool don't stop all day collecting glasses and we've never seen dirty glasses or plates being left. The evening entertainment was really good and the kids enjoyed the mini disco, we enjoyed the shows especially the Colombian dancers who were outstanding. The spa was clean and staff here were also really friendly. The guest services team were the best I've ever had on holiday. Nothing was too much for them. One lady discovered it was my birthday and she arranged for the room to be decorated and a small gift was sent. The main man of Numa Bay is Dean from guest services. He walks around all day checking that people are OK and dealing with any requests. He went out of his way to make sure we knew where everything was and what was available as guests. He always has a smile on his face and its clear he is extremely professional and good at his job. We knew if we did have an issue (which we didnt) that Dean was the man to sort it. We heard other guests say exactly the same. We love Numa and will definitely be coming back!!

Wow this is one of the best hotels we have been to, all of the staff are very polite,helpful, and extremely efficient, customer service skills are amazing and they go out of their way to help. The food is amazing. There is more than plenty to choose from throughout the day. We would like to give a big shout out to our cleaner who surprised us with a heart and swans made out of towels and flowers and placed it on our bed. The cleaners are amazing. Also a big shout out for the Annimation team they are amazing, and they provide entertainment daily around the pool side they are fantastic with kids ,there are several activities throughout the day. The kids disco in the evening is great for them and team will get everyone involved. The variety of the evening shows are fantastic for adults they perform professionally they are all amazing.a big shout out also for the security staff on the barrier as you enter the hotel they are very polite and always give us a wave with a smile. Well done numa bay hotel would really recommend this hotel

Returning guests amazing place❤️we absolutely love the Numa bay! Traveling with kids from 5-14 years and so much for them to do! Big shout out to Dean( Steve) who has been absolutely amazing during our returning visit! Definitely an asset to the hotel! As is Victor both go above and beyond! Hotel is so clean Entertainment brilliant! Good and drinks they deserve a Michelin award! You will never go hungry! Or thirsty strong good quality drinks! Coffee bar is amazing Hotel is situated in a beautiful location! The wok house was amazing! Alibabas is brilliant especially the snack service! Beach is beautiful Returning guest party was fabulous and made you feel like family! We really don't want to go home!! But be sure we will be back next year for a visit of not before ❤️ Thank you Numa bay for another wonderful stay!

We spent 9 days at NUMA Bay Exclusive and honestly—it still didn’t feel like enough! From the very beginning, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail and dedication to service were clear in everything they did. A special mention goes to Victor, who stood out with his friendly attitude and willingness to help. The SPA team—Denis, Natali, and Ani—made us feel truly special and pampered. Their professionalism and warmth created an unforgettable experience of relaxation and care. The entertainment team was simply outstanding! Huge compliments to Katia, Amir, Moni, and Johnny for keeping the energy up and smiles on everyone’s faces. They were always cheerful, approachable, and full of positive energy. You could really feel they care about every guest. And the food? It deserves Michelin stars. Every meal was a delight, beautifully presented and full of flavor. I even had the chance to shake the chef's hand—what an honor. Chapeau bas! This place is a gem. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This was a family holiday and time for us to spend time with our family. We arrived late at night to be told we had a room on the 7th floor least than ideal as my wife isn't good with heights and our 4 year old granddaughter was staying with us, we got moved to a 1st floor disabled room which smelt of sewage and only had a very basic sofa bed as the 3rd bed, so our granddaughter had to go and stay with her parents on the 6th floor,. We complained 4 times to reception about the smell and was promised a deep clean, which turned out to be a lady with something she put in the drains. On our 3rd to last day we complained again only to be promised a deep clean again this turned out to be another lady with a air freshener spray who was in our room for about 2 minutes,. 4 of our party have been ill with stomach bugs, the 4 year old ending up in hospital on a drip, the doctors said it was probably the pool. The reception staff would not let us use the telephone to call our insurance companies and even said they didn't have a outside line, something I find very hard to believe. The toilets expecially poolside didn't appear to getting cleaned regularly and where not a nice experience to use. The restaurants are overly busy with some very rude people pushing in and jumping ques, at times hard to find a table for 6, the staff where all helpful and worked to the best of their abilities to keep up. The children's entertainment was the same every night, same songs same dances same everything, We had hoped for a relaxing family holiday but instead encountered poor facilities inadequate hygiene, and health concerns I would not recommend to families with young children .

We had the most amazing family holiday at Numa Bay Exclusive in Alanya! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly – from the spacious rooms to the fantastic pools, kids' activities, and delicious food options that even the fussiest little eaters enjoyed. The entertainment team kept the children happy all day, giving us adults some much-needed relaxation time. The beach is just a few steps away, and the sea is perfect for swimming or just unwinding. A huge shoutout to Dean from Customer Relations – he truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Friendly, professional, and always ready with a smile, Dean made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after. He’s a real credit to the hotel! If you're looking for a stress-free, fun-filled family getaway, I couldn’t recommend Numa Bay Exclusive enough. We’ll definitely be back!
