Rizamat Manor

This was the best hotel experience during our Xinjiang trip! The entire estate environment is exquisite, and the little cats on the property are incredibly cute and therapeutic. The bedding was especially comfortable, ensuring we had two nights of great sleep. The service was impeccable; the restaurant chef deserves high praise for their clean and refreshing dishes, which perfectly suited our Jiangsu and Zhejiang palates. The one-on-one butler service was incredibly thoughtful. We were driving at night from Shanshan to Turpan, and the butler pre-ordered dinner for us, so we had a hot meal waiting upon arrival – it was so comfortable! Not only is the environment beautiful, but the staff are also handsome and lovely. The complimentary special gifts were a very thoughtful touch. We hope the hotel continues to improve and expand. We will definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Turpan!

So satisfied with my choice I couldn't sleep! The kids made good friends in Beijing and crafted little sheep handkerchiefs. My parents enjoyed a relaxing bath and a leisurely stroll. I edited some photos, played with the cat, and stargazed from the rooftop. The bedding and service were also excellent.

Extremely satisfied, the service also exceeded my expectations. A great review, planning to stay for another two days next time. I almost thought I was in Egypt! The breakfast was exceptionally rich, and the kids also got to experience making little lamb crafts. There are also several gentle kittens in the guesthouse, truly a cat-petting paradise!

This guesthouse in Turpan really exceeded our expectations; the experience was much better than a hotel. The architectural style has a strong local flavor, and the entire place was clean and hygienic. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. Our group booked 7 rooms, and the guesthouse manager was exceptionally accommodating, helping us arrange everything smoothly, making the whole trip hassle-free. Highly recommended! We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Turpan and will recommend it to our friends!

This guesthouse has a very exotic vibe, it's well-designed, and every detail is beautiful! The service is excellent; the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are all very nice. They offer 24-hour butler service, which is professional and quick to respond. I would recommend it to friends and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Turpan.

I absolutely love the wooden decor of Rizamat Manor. In 40°C Turpan, with the air conditioning on, sipping on freshly iced orange sparkling water, and catching a glimpse of the golden-purple sunset, a gentle breeze just melts all the stress away. At night, you absolutely must have a barbecue with apricot juice while watching a show. Chatting about this short but wonderful trip as the night unfolds. After a satisfying meal, a hot shower is a must. I really enjoyed the herbal-scented shampoo and body wash; after using them, I felt completely relaxed and drifted into a long, wonderful dream. I highly recommend the Desert Spa… I can't go into detail because it was so comfortable I fell asleep, but overall, the experience was fantastic! I managed to sneak in a mini-vacation here before the trip ended~ Now that I'm well-rested, I'm ready to head back to my hectic life!

24-hour butler service: The response speed was quite fast. When we did the sand therapy, they prepared disposable clothes for us. One of the staff members was particularly great; he helped with our luggage, running around for us – very thoughtful. Soundproofing is a bit poor. It can get noisy if many people check in during your afternoon rest. Welcome fruit: A good variety, and the grapes were very sweet.
