This hotel boasts a beautiful ethnic charm, with thoughtful design and meticulous craftsmanship evident everywhere. The rooms are even better than pictured, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bedding is soft, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathroom is spotless and fresh, with a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, no odors, and no hard-to-clean spots – a true haven for cleanliness enthusiasts. The service is top-notch. The hotel housekeeper communicates via WeChat, providing attentive service whenever needed, and all staff are warm, patient, and thorough. Upon check-out, we received a large box of famous Turpan grapes as a souvenir, which perfectly fulfilled my wish to try the grapes during my visit to Turpan – I was truly touched. The hotel's spacious parking lot in front, exquisite lobby and facilities, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and rich, delicious breakfast truly left a deep impression. I highly recommend this conveniently located, high-quality, and great value-for-money hotel.

The biggest highlight of this hotel is its decor, which is very rich in local character. On the other hand, the facilities are excellent, including a swimming pool, which is extremely practical in a place like Turpan. The service was also fantastic; they upgraded us to a larger room for free. Everything was great!

Not only did they upgrade us to a triple room, but they also gave us a whole box of grapes when we left – the service was incredibly warm and enthusiastic! The hotel is a bit older, but the decor is opulent and has a strong Middle Eastern flair. I heard that the dazzling ceiling in the lobby is adorned with real gold and silver! It's very close to the grape night market, only about 100 meters away, so you can easily go for a stroll in the evening. How pleasant to finish breakfast by the pool and then head off for some sand therapy to digest!

I booked a King Room at Wyndham, but upon check-in, the front desk attendant said they'd upgraded me to a room in the guesthouse next door. It's under the same owner and management, and all dining and pool facilities are shared. The attendant led me to a balcony room on the second floor. The room's hardware was good, but it was at the very end of the hallway, requiring many turns to get there. With a child, going back and forth for swimming and meals was very inconvenient, and I was worried about getting lost. So, I spoke with the front desk attendant and requested to switch back to my originally booked room type, declining the upgrade. After the switch, I was still placed on the first floor of the guesthouse. The in-room facilities were acceptable, but the room faced the road, and there was a speed bump outside. The noise from passing vehicles was very loud. I usually sleep very well, but I barely slept that night. Breakfast was just so-so, but apart from that, the staff's service attitude was quite good overall.

This is truly the best hotel I've stayed at during my Xinjiang trip. It's full of local ethnic charm, and the management and service details are all excellent. The breakfast is also incredibly rich and varied. A perfect hotel with superb value for money!

This hotel has an exotic charm from the outside, and as soon as you step in, you feel a warm welcome. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete amenities. The kids had a great time, and the adults could relax. The staff were friendly and responsive, taking care of every detail. It's perfect for family trips, and we'll definitely be back! 🌟🏡👨👩👧👦

The rooms had a strong Xinjiang character, and there was a sand therapy facility and a swimming pool. The Grape Night Market was right at the doorstep, which pretty much met our night market expectations. We also visited the Xiyou Night Market, but it wasn't as good as the Grape Night Market. When we checked out, they even gave us a box of grapes.

Facilities: Our room was upgraded for free to a family room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated with a large bed and a smaller one – super convenient. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Ambiance: As soon as you step into the hotel, you're greeted by a very classic maximalist decor. Every corner is a perfect spot for photos. Service: The hotel called me while I was still in Kashgar to confirm details, proactively upgraded our room, and even sent a fruit platter. Their hospitality was exceptional. They even gave us a box of Hami melons when we left. Definitely worth staying, and the price was reasonable. The only downside was that we left too early, so the pool wasn't open yet. Hope to come back and stay again!

The hotel's design has a strong 'Western Regions' (Xinjiang) flair, and the beds are quite comfortable. The pool is beautiful. The Uyghur ladies at the front desk are all very pretty and enthusiastic! I'm quite satisfied! The hotel even has its own vineyard, and they gave us mare's milk grapes as a checkout gift.
