Staying at Guanlan Mountain Grape Stream was more than just a comfortable visit — it was a wonderful cultural experience of Turpan. The staff are authentic and warm - always ready to help and share their vast knowledge of the area. It is welcoming, and peaceful, giving us a real sense of Grape Valley’s charm and hospitality. And everything is spotless & clean - the staff take a great deal of care to make the rooms extremely comfortable and the surroundings ready to welcome you. The location was perfect: quiet and relaxing, yet ideally situated close to all the attractions. It was easy to enjoy Gaochang, Jiohe, Kerez and many more while still having a calm retreat to return to. One of the highlights was the outdoor sitting area, which was a cool respite during the day under the shade of beautiful 100+ year-old elm trees. In the evening, it became the perfect place to enjoy dinner under the stars s💫 A true 5-star 💎💎💎💎💎 experience and so much more!

After we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too. We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan. I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang.

I took my family back to my hometown for the New Year and passed by Shanshan County. I was really tired, so I chose Letu Hotel to stay for one night. The hotel is newly opened. The location is not close to the main street and is very quiet. The room is very big and the family is very satisfied with the stay! Facilities: The facilities are complete. There are charging stations, which makes it very convenient to charge my car. There are also small robots, which makes the children happy. Hygiene: The room is clean and the cleaning ladies are very friendly. They will deliver anything you need in time! Environment: The surrounding environment is very good, eating is very convenient, and there is a supermarket! The food at the Jumping Chicken restaurant in front of the hotel is delicious 😋! Service: The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, very satisfied, especially satisfied! The room is so well lit, very satisfied!

You should eat the food in hote. Quite fresh and tasty. Friendly staff, good enviroment. One of my first choice to stay in Turpan

We absolutely love our brief stay at this hotel. The check in service was speedy and pleasant. The receptionists were friendly and went up and above to serve us. This is by far the best hotel for our trip to Xinjiang. There are 2 sets of complimentary washers and dryers for guests for which is really helpful. The only downside is there is only 1 set of lift (for our wing) and the wait can be long during peak breakfast hours.

Would stay here again without question. Turpan is amazing and this is a wonderful location and ideal place to chill. Rooms were lovely.

Moreover, the staff will provide personalized services according to the needs of the guests, and I am very satisfied with the hotel's catering. The breakfast options are rich and varied, including Chinese porridge, steamed buns, stir-fried vegetables, and Western-style bread, milk, coffee, salad, etc., to meet the taste needs of different guests. The price/performance ratio of this hotel is very high. Not only does it provide excellent service and comfortable accommodation, the price is also very reasonable. Compared with hotels of the same level, this hotel is more affordable and has better details. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, you will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel as it is very clean and befits a 4*. Breakfast location is off-site. Staff is helpful and accommodating.
