Beautiful and peaceful mountain lodge. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Located in a quiet village above Turrialba quite garden backing onto volcano, with many song birds. Nice small terrace with views into the valley and a walk down to the stream. A place to spend a few relaxing days with some day trips in the mountain air. Room was relatively basic, but clean, comfortable and quiet.

Totally peaceful and laid back. Small working farm you can wander to. Super comfy, cosy bed. Lots of blankets. Food simple but quality. Not huge portions.....big appetite might be hungry! Breakfast a simple delight of home produced cheeses, milks, Bananas etc. Gorgeous large comfy areas, in and out, to drink endless coffee. Stayed just one night. Absolutely no negatives. If you like simple, authentic, no frills, rural, you'll love it

The staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful! I am Celiac and they were very good at making sure I didn’t eat gluten. They even made corn flatbreads for me!

Beautiful property. Wonderful staff. Great view of Turrialba and the valley below. Lots of suggestions for activities. Grow and offer their own coffee, cheese, marmalade. Great breakfast. We’ll be back.

This property was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful but not overbearing. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The gardens and trails were beautiful. Meals were delicious. I wish we had stayed longer!
