It had good review. Rooms were fair in cleaniness. The breakfast was also very local and started only at 8pm. Choices was simple but satisfactory.

Welcoming the guest in a traditional way was so good, the staff mannerism was so professional, and they are so helpful and friendly. Rooms are maintained neat and clean. Having good parking facility with valet parking. Breakfast was so good. But, Not advisable to eat Chicken Biriyani there, taste was not good, Chicken and egg were old. I experienced a stomach upset.

The car was very well maintained and stocked with water snacks and sweets. Clean seats well air-conditioned. The driver Ashok kumar was very punctual, polite and helpful. Travelling alone to this place for the first time I was worried about the way to the temple etc. He guided me well and I reached the hotel back at the planned time. Thank you. I will be using their services next time I am here.

I had kept fingers crossed when I checked in to this hotel. Though we arrived almost at midnight, the checkin was quick. The staff agreed to make some curd rice for us as we were hungry. Room was clean. Linens were clean too. Shower was good. Coffee maker was in an odd location so I did not bother to trouble it TV volume could be better. Must be some settings issue. Work table was comfortable. Wifi was also good for work. Simple breakfast in a small restaurant. Avoid rush hours as the seats are limited. I liked the breakfast. Would have been happier if they could have served local delicacies like puttu, idiyappam, appam etc. One can't eat idli, dosa everyday. Overall the experience was good. I will come back to this hotel for sure just because of clean rooms and great staff who have been trained to the culture of "I say yes"

Nice gem in Tuticorin. 4star comfort with very good food in restaurant. Lovely cap to the trip to see Muruga in Thiruchendur. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Also nice snacks in the room. Basement where the bar is needs a bit of tidying. Perhaps can adda poll table. Overall, a lovely stay.

We stayed at the hotel for the purpose of pilgrimage to Lord Murugan temple at TRICHENDUR. Best hotel in Tuticorin. Extended all help in making our pilgrimage possible despite heavy rains and water clogging. We will never forget the help by the driver in taking us to the next Railway station as Tuticorin was flooded. Marvelous team of GRT at Tuticorin.
