Had a very late check in by the time we got there after a big day and drive and then an early flight the next morning It was so clean and comfortable with lovely little touches which made you feel welcome and happy to support a family run business A very convenient distance to the airport and reasonable price ! Spent one night here using our NSW govt accommodation vouchers, could not fault the motel. Starting with a text message about 9.30@m to notify us that our room was already available, we arrived late afternoon to a spacious & spotlessly clean & well-maintained ground floor double room. There was fresh milk in the fridge which is a refreshing change from UHT capsules, a coffee maker, iron, kettle, toaster, hair dryer, contactless check-in, & keycard access to further complimentary supplies of tea, coffee, towels etc. The bed was comfortable & no noise, despite the motel being heavily booked. The rate of $120 per night was good value, as the motel is well- located in T**** Heads, with Club T**** across the road for meals & refreshments, & other eateries a short walk away. Would highly recommend.

Upon our arrival we were met with a lovely receptionist who was warm, friendly and accomodating, so much so that I was willing to overlook the broken fridge in the room, despite the fact it was an amenity we had paid for as part of our charge. That evening after arriving back to the room late, we went straight to sleep. At approx 2-3am I was awoken by something crawling on my legs. I woke up and inspected the bed to find that there were cockroaches in the bed. I started inspecting the room more closely and found cockroaches in the bathroom, running across the floor of the room and in our luggage. I also noticed mould on one of the pillows on the bed. By this stage, my skin was crawling, so at 7.5 months pregnant and desperate for a night's sleep, I had to sleep in my car. The next day I showed the photos to the lovely woman on reception who was apologetic but asked me to follow up with the owner directly in my request for refund. When I did contact the gentleman the next day, I was swiftly brushed off and told to contact booking.com. They have now encouraged me to reach out to you directly to follow up. Since then, there has been absolutely no apology or any offer of compensation for our horrific stay at this property

Bupper within walking distance of Gold Coast Airport in Coulangatta. I booked a private room to recover because I stayed in a very noisy 々 good buffer １ weeks until the day before my stay (laughs) I don't have a single for four consecutive nights, and the first two nights are twin singles It was like 50 〜 60 Australian dollars per night in Su, and 40 Australian dollars per night from the third night? Still, it is broken compared to the surrounding hotels. (Australia is really expensive and hard to stay) Also, it is good to move because it is difficult to move at check-in, so if you ask if you can't do it in the same room during your stay, you already have a reservation I was told I couldn't. Still, the staff was good. Except for the owner, the staff were all friendly and nice backpackers (laughs). The facility itself was old, well maintained, and there were several public spaces, and the privacy was moderately protected and cozy. Dark room, dining room, bright room with billiard table, spacious garden where smoking and BBQ can be done, garden with pool, and other garden with bench ５ places? There was. Unlike the buffer in the city, it was such a buffer that I wanted to stay again in a calm atmosphere. There are no restaurants and supermarkets around, but it is close to the airport, so it is good for the night before the flight or the rest after entering the field. I will definitely stay again soon.

We loved our night in the Artist Suite, It is very retro, loved the decor including the pinball machine and the flamingo bathrobes. We stayed on a Friday night so the music from the bar downstairs was loud. We knew that would be the case so we were ready to dance the night away in our suite...and we did. If you don’t want the noise don’t book this suite, but if you want to have some fun and don’t mind some music until midnight-ish i highly recommend it. (Music was blues/rock). Good recommendations were provided for the local area and the breakfast menu provided for in room service (from a local cafe) is great. The rooftop bar is available even when it isn’t open for service for guests to hang out overlooking the beach. Beds were comfortable, staff friendly, and the whole place has a fun vibe. Highly recommended.

Whilst it’s not the most up market place on the Gold Coast it’s the best value for couple’s, solo, or families. It’s the perfect location between Rainbow Bay and Greenmount Beach. Staff are the friendliest and most helpful I’ve met world wide. Luckily it’s no longer being knocked down for luxury apartment complex so I’ll be able to enjoy many more years there.
