Dostali jsme poukaz na ubytování s možností čerpání do 30.6.22. V rámci této doby jsme neměli možnost zaplacený pobyt absolvovat, mimo jiné kvůli restrikcím v rámci COVID. Na prosbu o prodloužení možnosti čerpání, vzhledem k tomu, že pobyt již byl zaplacen, nám bylo bez diskuse oznámeno, že to není možné. S takto nesolidním postojem jsem se již dlouho nesetkal. We received a voucher for accommodation with the possibility of withdrawal until 30.6.22. During this time, we did not have the opportunity to complete a paid stay, among other things due to restrictions in the framework of COVID. When we asked for an extension of the withdrawal option, given that the stay had already been paid for, we were informed without discussion that this was not possible. I haven't encountered such a non-solid attitude in a long time.
