Плюсы: удобное расположение, недалеко от центра, тихое место, почти везде ходила пешком. Номер на одного достаточной площади, в наличии все необходимое,только воду почему-то не пополняли каждый день,стояли две бутылки,если не пить не добавляли.Завтраки нормальные, есть что выбрать, каша, готовят глазунью/пашот/омлет по запросу. Также для гостей чаепитие с 17 до 19.После выезда можно оставить вещи на ресепшн.Минусы: подушки слишком пышные, не могу на таких спать,с трудом выпросила одну потоньше.Батареи не регулируются на среднюю температуру,либо жарят,либо холодные.Более менее спала только одну ночь из пяти.Есть спа, два часа 350р.Могли бы разбить на часовое посещение, на хамам, сауну и маленький бассейн с гидромассажем хватит за глаза. В бассейне прохладная вода, видимо на контрасте с горячим воздухом в сауне и хамаме простыла, поэтому больше не посещала.

Достаточно чисто, хорошие завтраки. В целом уютно можно жить.
Из минусов, отсутствие парковки, матрас и подушки на любителя.

Отличный персонал. Идеальное расположение в центре города. В моем номере была плохая звукоизоляция вентиляция затягивала запах из соседнего номера. Покрывало грязное. Швы на плитке в ванной тоже мягко говоря могли бы и быть чище.

Хороший, добрый Ремезов. Местоположение хорошее, хорошие завтраки и рестораны, один с панорамным видом на город! Но наверное пора поменять мебель, уже около 10-12 лет не меняли. А так всё на уровне !

Заявленное не соответствует действительности. Бронировали номер из-за панорамного вида на город. Выбрали номер категории «дворянский». По факту номер на пятом этаже окна в окна соседней 9-тиэтажки. Обман! Как минимум, не достойно уровня 4*. Стрессоустойчивость и образование персонала на ресепшн также не соответствует заявленным стандартом. Ответ сотрудника: «Что мне теперь выломать для вас окна?» свидетельствует, как минимум, о квалификации уровня общежития профтехучилища. Просим руководство отеля устранить ошибки в описании номеров и, как минимум, обучить персонал вежливому общению с гостями… очень разочарованы.
