the chalet is not fumigated for thatch insects, they keeping falling onto the bed. We stayed a week; linen was never changed even when requested to, they would rotate it, so you don't notice. most places not dusted. A great place, peaceful, family friendly and would come back but house keeping is disappointing.

Loved the trip into the lodge and the location is simply divine. The shop and restaurant came in handy. I had a lovely stay and enjoyed the autonomy to come and go as I please without stringent security protocols. Suggested Improvements: 1)The welcoming service at the reception and 2) Lighting facing the pool, for visibility at night

am writing to provide feedback from my recent weekend stay at your lodge. While I appreciated the location and the potential for a relaxing getaway, I encountered a few issues that I believe could enhance future guests’ experiences if addressed. During my stay, I noticed a large spider web in the shower and another on the fan in the bedroom. The bedroom cupboard was also dusty, which made it difficult to store clothes. Additionally, I encountered bugs and ants in the bedroom, even though the door and windows remained closed throughout my stay. There were also small black particles on the bedding that we needed to dust off before using the bed. I have attached photos illustrating some of these concerns, although I was unable to capture everything. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests
