"I was in the hostel with my husband to celebrate 1 year of wedding and we chose the suite with terrace. The hostel is for couples. Linda and with good location for guarani street and shopping. The afternoon has a cook close to the reception. The shower is a delicious! In the morning breakfast you can ask aaa to make in the tapioca time, frite egg. The hostel offers a few paid meals separately. Points to improve: breakfast needs to have more options. Thursday there were curry. On Friday, the girl said she had not given time to do, and I felt missing bread varieties filled, so sweet as salted. I commented at the reception to check the detection, because there was a lot of myg in the bathroom and one night there was a cheap, and the indoor parking would be interesting to give a control for guests not to wait for someone to open. Regarding the restaurant's opening hours, there is a certain inflexibility regarding the start of children's service, scheduled only for noon (or 12:30 pm, according to information that is sometimes inconsistent). For a hotel that aims to be welcoming to families, young children have different needs. Very good breakfast. The restaurant's food was quite good, but very large portions, with extremely expensive prices, compared to São Paulo, for example. The minibars were turned off, with hot drinks inside. I imagine that their quality must suffer, in this on and off. The gardens appear to be well maintained. The pool needed a little more cleaning, given the large number of guests. The beach service was very good. The surrounding nature is exuberant, enhancing the hotel's value. Unfortunately a hotel we would not return to. A shame, because the location is very cool, on a beautiful beach. Improvements would bring more life to the hotel, living up to the prices charged."

"We paid a little over $100 USD per night for horrible, dark rooms (photos attached) (December/January 2025). The air conditioning was noisy and was only replaced when it finally broke down. The room wasn't cleaned every three days! The same went for changing towels, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Without a doubt, the worst inn in the entire Ubatuba region in terms of value for money. The only good things were the breakfast and the service from the hotel staff. There are thousands of better options. My recommendation is: don't come here."
