My kids and I love the aviances.the onseng is good.the breakfast is good but maybe if you put some others foods it will be excellent....then one thing I don't feel is that maybe if you have the facility or assistant to check in our baggage before our time is much help and wonderful.we have a lot of hotel we been but your hotel amaze us and hopefully you may improve more in food and luggage and you will see the impact of that.thank you

Everything was good. Except the windows were opaque and therefore unable to see outside.

It was very close to the station and there were many convenience stores and izakayas, so it was very convenient. The hotel staff were also very kind and gave us recommendations for places to eat dinner.

Compared to other hotels in the area, it was very clean, close to the station, and there were pubs nearby, so I had a great time. The front desk staff was very thorough in explaining things to me, and the hotel's breakfast was delicious, so I was satisfied with my stay!

It was in a convenient location, close to the station and convenience stores. There is a parking fee, but it's convenient because you can park in front of the hotel. If the parking lot in front of the hotel is full, there seem to be other parking spaces available. The breakfast was also delicious.

It's conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the station, and the hotel is clean. There are lots of restaurants nearby, so it's great value for money!

I was worried about the smell from the elevator in the hallway, but it was nice that breakfast was included.

浴槽内に髪の毛が数本落ちていて、不衛生さを感じた。 大浴場があったため、我慢できたが、もしなかったらこの部屋に泊まることは耐えられなかった。 朝食は美味しかった。

初めてABホテルに泊まりました、大浴場は入りませんでしたが、観光旅行なら楽しめたと思います。朝食無料バイキングやテイクアウトのコーヒーなどとても良いサービスで仕事での宿泊じゃなかったらもっとゆっくり堪能したかったです。
