It’s a nice small place in a good location with friendly staff. The parking is public and hard to access as it’s always full. Some of the rooms are tiny, dated and have unacceptable size showers. The breakfast is OK but hardly wonderful. It was acceptable. And, be prepared to climb stairs, no elevator which is a problem for some. There are nicer places but they charge more. Remember, you get what you pay for and this is no exception! But those saying Fabulous are either inexperienced or uninformed about options.

Cute little hotel in picturesque historic town. Fantastic breakfast served by efficient friendly staff. Smallish room but lovely little balcony overlooking the plaza. Amazingly comfortable bed. Only complaint - noisy fridge and no hot water in basin. Some people may not like the toilet cubicle arrangements!

On our trip down from Santander to the Mediterranean we stayed in four hotels and this was probably the most attractive of them all. Unfortunately appearances can be deceptive and although it is undoubtedly a lovely looking hotel with very helpful staff in a beautiful city the practicalities do not match the initial impression. To the disadvantages then. The hotel is almost impossible to find by car and the only parking facility is a public car park about 30 metres from the hotel. It is also one of the noisiest hotels we have ever stayed in...not because of inconsiderate guests, but because it seemed virtually every water pipe went through our room meaning that we were constantly woken by the noise from showers and toilet flushes etc. The quilt seemed designed for mid winter in northern Scotland rather than Andalusia in mid September and the ‘en-suite’ facilities are amongst the most bizarre we have encountered...a hand wash basin in the bedroom...separate shower cubicle...and WC cubicle resembling a public loo complete with glass swing door! Breakfast...which is authentic and provided in a pleasant area is, inconveniently, not available prior to 9.00a.m...not great for those with a schedule to keep to...so all in all, a disappointment which is a pity because in many ways this hotel offers good value and has huge potential.

Unscheinbar hinter Renaissancemauern "versteckt" liegt dieses Kleinod. Von außen kaum erkennbar, mit etwa 16 Gästebetten wirklich familiär geführt. Das Frühstück so liebevoll zelebriert, wie man es zu Hause nicht netter machen hätte können. Sonst keine Küche und Mahzeiten. Der Kühlschrank rudimentär gefüllt.

Es un lugar con mucho encanto, tanto las zonas comunes como las habitaciones. El desayuno muy completo, se sirve en mesa (no buffet). Está muy céntrico y tiene un parking gratuito cerca. La atención y amabilidad de todas las personas que trabajan allí es excepcional.

En el centro de Úbeda, en una coqueta y tranquila plaza, se ubica este palacio del XVII devenido hotel, bien equipado y atendido con profesionalidad. A destacar el mimo de su desayuno y el cercano parking público. Una ciudad Patrimonio de la Humanidad se merece un lugar así.

Das Hotel bietet ein gemütliches Ambiente in zentraler Lage. Dazu gab es ein sehr leckeres Frühstück mit vielen frischen Zutaten (Obst wie Aufschnitt) und kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Nähe. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es jedoch für die absolut winzige und teilweise verschimmelte Dusche. Das Zimmer war zudem sehr hellhörig und die oberen Geschosse sind nur über viele Treppen erreichbar, was für ältere Leute oder mit viel Gepäck eine Herausforderung darstellt.

Encantador hotel en el casco historico de Ubeda. Ubicado en una antigua casa señorial, con un patio interior precioso donde puedes tomar una copa en un entorno muy agradable. Las habitaciones limpias y bien resuelto el espacio del que disponen. Al estar situado en una plaza donde no hay trafico de vehiculos, las noches son totalmente tranquilas y silenciosas. A destacar el desayuno, em el que nos sorprendieron agradablemente.No es tipo buffet , te lo van sirviendo ellos mismos. Expectacular,la presentacion y la variedad de cosas que te ofrecen y el mimo con el que te lo preparan y sirven.Gracias cheff, se nota que vive y disfruta de su trabajo. Es una pena, que no tengan servicio de restauracion para comidas y cenas, porque seguro que seria la guinda del pastel. Volveriamos sin duda.
