Hi, on Friday, March 18, I called the hotel and asked if they had room available for the period from 21 to 26 March. The attendant (which I really don't remember the name) said he had, but only with two single beds, I said he had no problem, he passed the price and asked me to make the reservation. I even asked if he wanted a card number and he said the booking would be paid on check-in, he asked my email and he said he would send a confirmation email. Today, Sunday, March 20, ahead of the trip (tomorrow morning at 6 a.m.), I had not yet received the confirmation email. I called the hotel and after 35 minutes, just 35 minutes waiting, I was attended by José. José told you that the hotel is available between 21 and 22 and 24 and 25, i.e., on the day between 23 and 24, you would not have any place to stay. Joseph said, calmly, that he could not help me (nothing to do), so Joseph asked me to make the reservation of those days by email. I said he would have to make the reservation at that time and I would wait for the confirmation email. Joseph once again informed that I would have to send an email. I explained that I would not have the least confidence that my reservation would be made, analysing all the history of the events. I still have no accommodation and the hotel has not solved his very serious mistake, just worsening the situation.

Congratulations to everything. I stayed on days 17 and 18/12 and then day 29/12. Super friendly staff and requests. Super varied breakfast, with quality food. Rooms with excellent new furniture, super comfortable bed. You can get access and get directly into the Uberland Shopping Center. Congratulations for being pet friendly, I was quiet with my dog Luke. Thank you for providing my pet toilet tape. I am sure that I will be able to make it better for my wife to make it light.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are spacious and clean, with a good breakfast. Attentionful staff. They answered our request to provide a quiet room. There is a large garage, however, not covered. I missed a Smart TV for streaming access to my account, the bathroom was clean, with a very good shower, but I missed the hair touch available in the bathroom.

The double bed in the standard room is relatively small, and the hotel is relatively close to the shopping mall. Money can be exchanged in the mall. The exchange rate is very good. I don’t know if it’s something like this place in El Salvador. There are small white worms in the room.

The hotel is very good and well-conserved, but a little away from the center for anyone who wishes to go near the center, but the location is very easy and close to BR 050. Well-structured rooms and good service. There is a very good breakfast.

I would like to register my assessment so that it does not happen to other travellers. I hosted this place on December 23, 2021, they placed us in an environment that looks more like a deposit than a room,very dirty noise there was even mask of another previous guest only to you see the level of cleaning that this place offers. We asked for the exchange to see if there was a less worse one, but they didn't ask any question of why. The breakfast seems to have a week of products served in the lamentable restaurant even, we never hosted in such a decadent place as that. I don't know where you get a 3-star title, the 70s pension would be ashamed to compare. If you are thinking about making a reservation, give up immediately for a long time. There are other very good hotels in the city. This place urgently needs the inspection of the @health surveillance in uberland.
