This hotel is very well located. It's centrally located. There are restaurants nearby. There's a 7/11 nearby. It's a really good place to stay.

This place is good for short stays and don’t expect much for the price we pay. It’s better to have some snacks and drinks stoked up because they don’t serve any food at all. For the price we pay , do not expect much.

Comfortable budget stay. Clean room, good water pressure, good air-conditioner and huge parking lot. Also, excellent BBQ restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. 7-11 and many restaurants within 10 minutes of walking. It is a good value for the money. Cheer!

Good value budget hotel, a little tired and old fashioned but would have no problem staying again at a good price. Comfortable bed for a good sleep. 15 mins walk to riverside night market, well worth a visit for colour and atmosphere.

Good hotel and location but less amenities ( no shampoo or shower gel)

The location is easy, right in the city center. It's close to restaurants like Vietnamese noodle soup and pork sausage shops, less than 50 meters away. There's ample parking. However, the rooms on the first floor feel a bit dark, facing the back of the hotel, so they're not very airy. The rooms aren't very soundproof. There's no hairdryer, only bar soap. The bathroom is spacious but like a dorm bathroom, without a separate wet and dry area.

The room is not very soundproof and the air conditioner is not cool after being turned on for a while.

The water heater isn't working; I only get hot and cold water. I've reported it to the staff, but it's still the same.

The showerhead is broken. Showering is no longer enjoyable. The water pressure is pushing against my back, and suddenly I can't sleep.

If anyone goes to Ubon Ratchathani, I recommend staying here. The transportation is convenient, close to the center, good service, clean accommodation, the single bed is a king size bed, the mattress is soft, the pillows are a good size, the room is a good size, not expensive. I like it very much. I come to stay here often. The caretaker takes good care of me, easy to talk to, not too fussy.

(This time I stayed in room 101 on the 1st floor. I really liked it because it was the innermost room.) Normally the price for a single bed and a double bed here is the same. If you book at the accommodation, the price per room is 550 baht (the price just went up last year, but it used to be 500 baht). You can check in from 6 am. If I come to Ubon Ratchathani, I will stay here regularly. The lady who is there in the morning provides very good service. She is easy to talk to and cheerful. The room is clean and tidy. The air conditioning is cool and cold. The room is spacious. If you want a single bed, you will get a king-sized bed which is very big. There is also a balcony outside. I highly recommend this place. It is very good.

The hotel staff are lovely and provide excellent service. You can ask them anything 24 hours a day.

The room is clean. The bed and pillows are good. They are not too expensive. All the appliances in the room are working. The atmosphere in the room is also good. I slept well. Most importantly, the room price is worth the price.

The accommodation was good, the air conditioning was comfortably cool, the water pressure was a bit low, but overall it was very good.
