The hotel is a bit farther from the main attractions, but the property itself is quite pleasant. Check-in was quick and smooth. The housekeeping staff was very helpful in providing amenities and ensuring the room was well-prepared. Although I forgot the name of the staff member who assisted me, they were incredibly accommodating in arranging a room on short notice. On the other hand, the front desk staff appeared somewhat lethargic and lacked energy. The property is ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by greenery. The restaurant staff was friendly, though the breakfast buffet could have offered more variety. That said, the staff was helpful in suggesting options.

The service was great. The food was delicious and home like. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable too. The lawns were good and we could bask in the sun in the afternoon. Great room service and in room dining. Big thanks to mr Manmohan singh and Akansha for helping out in everything.

We stayed at justa rajputana twice within four years ,hospitality was good each time. Food was delicious, staff was very supportive specially chef himmat singh and manohar singh who helped us a lot and attended every small demands of us. Property is large and filled with lush greens.

We stayed for 2 days and stay was excellent even the staff was very humble and very responsive specially the manager Mr Ajit was very good at treating people and was very humble , even food was great All the Amenities were excellent it's a perfect spot for kids and family and for relaxation .

AWESOME AMBIENCE. VERY VERYSUPPORTIVE STAFF. MUST TO VISIT. FOOD IS ALSO VERY GOOD. AJIT BHAI WORKING AS A MANAGER IS VERY SUPPORTIVE. THEY HAVE DEDICATED TEAM FOR ALL THE PRECISE WORK DONE DURING THE PREMISES. I WILL RATE 10 OUT OF 10 TO THIS RESORT. POOL AND SPA IS ALSO VERY GOOD.

Great Resort , good ambience and fabulous hospitality!!! We had a week long stay and enjoyed it fully. Food is good and kids enjoyed playing is gardens. Swimming pool is clean and large. Mr Jagdish did good job in maintaining the room. Special thanks to Mr. Ajit.

The delicious food and top-notch service made my stay even more enjoyable, leaving me with unforgettable memories. Following staffs are valuable for this company - Mr. Ravinder Mr. Mahendra Mr. Manohar Chef Himmat Chef Saswat Special thanks to Mr. Dharmender ( fnb ) / Mr. Jagdish & Mr. Dharamraj ( HK ) who did a great job . My name is Jagveer Baghel. I am a hotelier. I joined Justa Rajputana Udaipur Hotel on 11 October 2024. Initially everything was good for 1 month. After that the Front Office Manager started trolling me. I started making him work for 15-15 hours. I could not even complain about this to the General Manager because he has a mixed system. Then I resigned on New Year 2025. Getting upset, the Front Office Manager troubled me a lot. Somehow he also accepted the resignation. He used to troll me daily. After that my clearance was on 31 January, but on 30 January, Humana Resources Sir & General Manager called me to their office and gave me the job. Continue I did not listen to him and so he put my last month's salary on hold. For this I sent several mails to the General Manager of Human Resources but did not receive any reply. I would like to tell all the hotelier brothers that if you just join Rajputana, don't do it brother, what happened with me will happen with you too..
