"NOT A 4* HOTEL. don't go here. One of the most messed up experiences we ever had. They don't let you control your rooms' AC. The power back-up is bad too. No WiFi in TV. No conditioner in toiletries. They would take ages if you ask for housekeeping. Food orders are messed up. I don't think I have ever been duped so badly. We left with one day early and wasted the money instead of staying here to suffer for one more day. They didn't even give the money back because making their guests suffer and make them stay is probably their Policy."
