We had 5 nights staying in the hotel and overall it was a really relaxed and friendly stay. Claudia and Walter were the hosts and were really welcoming. It did help that every time you popped to the reception they gave you a warming schnapps! Location was very good, easy access to the local trains that took us to the Kaltenbach ski lifts, much easier in our opinion than the ski bus. Big highlight was the sauna area. A very chilled area with relaxed seating, a large sauna and a very steamy steam room! complimentary teas also really helped the vibe. Rooms were all a very good size, bed was super comfy and all rooms had a fridge even if you were not in the apartment style. Breakfast was very good too, lots of healthy options as well as eggs cooked to order and however you wanted them. Highly recommend this hotel, overall a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back. Danke!

Very nice place with excellent location, polite and friendly staff, very good breakfast bar, good restaurant offering great variety of Austrian dishes, clean and well maintained roomed and facilities, nice and relaxing sauna, pleasant balcony with beautiful view of the mountains, parking places, room equipped for ski gear.

My wife was saying we better stay here and relax instead of visiting the lakes, that much she liked it. Big apartment, TV in each room, comfort and very clean. Nice beds and soft pillows, excellent conditions. Thank you

Everything is new and clean. Feeling like home. We planned to stay for 1 night. But when we sawthe room we decided to stay for one more night :) Spacious rooms & very big balcony- our dog loved to sleep there! Very good soundproof windows- no noise. Comfortable bed. And also- superb breakfast. Nice staff. We are planning to come back here for next holidays & to stay here longer. Thank You!

Toller Service und gute Getränke an der Bar. Der Gast soll sich einfach wohl fühlen. Dieser Anspruch ist spürbar. Super bequeme Betten, alles sehr sauber und ein gutes Frühstück. Die Rühreier liegen nicht in einer Warmhaltebox, sondern werden für jeden Gast frisch zubereitet.

Drei alte Snowboarder Jungs auf Ausflug: Alles muss stimmen, getrennt müssen sie schlafen, still muss es sein, Sauna für den Muskelkater, gute Matratzen, Wein- und Cocktailgenuss, das Frühstück üppig, der Service freundlich! All das bieten Claudia und Walter mit ihrem Team im Aparthotel Giessenbach. Hier fühlt man sich wohl. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage!

Centraal gelegen in t Zillertal, royaal appartement met groot balkon voor een prima prijs. Ontbijt is super en personeel zeer vriendelijk. Sauna is heerlijk na een dag skiën. Enige mogelijk minpuntje is dat het hotel buiten de apres ski area ligt. Skibus stop overigens voor de deur. Wij komen zeker terug!
