Beautiful structure but what struck me most was the cleanliness of the rooms, spacious and very efficient. The staff both at the reception and in the dining room were very professional and friendly. The location is exceptional 10 minutes walk from the centre. Even though we were a group of 50 people, the dinner was a fixed menu, with amazing, high-level cuisine. Top structure. "The hotel is lovely. Super clean with modern amenities. Situated in the heart of the old city surrounded by restaurants, bars, shopping, culture and locals. This city is a hidden gem! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They made restaurant recommendations and reservations for us with a smile. The hotel was full, but we never heard a sound from others. The shower was amazing! Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed a 2 hour tour from a local guide (Tourist Info site) for only €15,00 each! Highly recommend. The parking was easy and only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Many grocery stores nearby. Very secure building with an elevator. Great location, great hotel, great staff. 5 Stars! Would definitely stay with them, again!"

"We used it two nights as a support to visit various localities in the audience. Excellent compromise between location, services and friendliness. The room was very wide and clean. Free breakfast for the type of hotel, friendly staff and smile. The only suggestion I feel is to "refresh" the bathroom: while clean, rubber, sanitation and supplements show signs of time and consumption."

"Ants were all over the floor in our room - in the shower, toilet, and swarming near a rug by the bed. We asked for a new room - hotel was full and they called other hotels but everywhere else was full. So they cleaned the room and we slept there. In the morning the ants were back. They said this was the first time this happened. They gave us 50% off the room (I asked for a full refund and they said no). Also when we ran the air conditioner at night, my husband woke up coughing a lot (zero other symptoms). Turned off the air conditioner and he was fine after about an hour. Also they scolded me for filling up a water bottle with filtered water at breakfast (we are cycling). This was a terrible experience, we had much better stays at budget hotels."
