Let me start by saying all the  staff where very pleasant and helpfull I was expecting little attention to detail  When we arrived there was no help out of the car with luggage help came later with the luggage to the room The room was very nice but the wi.fi was not working There was no safety deposit box in the room  The sheets had to be changed Our friends room was no bed side cabinet and chair All these items got sorted but for a 4 star resort there shouldn’t be these problems in the first place  One item which didn’t get sorted there was no mini bar in the room but it was on there discription

Rooms were okay they need to care more about housekeeping, Night shift front office and restaurant managers were very helpful. But I want to say sorry because I never give a bad reviews about some one working in the hotel , Mr Praveen he was in front desk seriously he need more training to face travellers .

Good rooms, great ambience. Staff are froendly and go the extra mile to delight the customer. Only limitations isthe food, mutton is a little off.

The property’s serene greenery and meticulous upkeep make it an ideal escape from city life. A special mention goes to Kiran Kumar, who truly made our stay exceptional. From coordinating our booking to ensuring every detail was taken care of during our visit — and even personally seeing us off at checkout — his dedication and warmth stood out. It’s rare to experience such attentive, end‑to‑end hospitality. Overall, Meridian Bay Resort delivered an unforgettable stay for me and my family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and world‑class service.

We went arround 70 people for a official get together/one night stay. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. The food was awesome, fresh and delicious. Special thanks to Mr. Kiran & General Manager for their personal attention towards all the arrangements. We also had a good fun at watersports too.

We had a wonderful family stay at the resort on 14th–15th September. The ambience was truly relaxing, the food was excellent, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. A special mention to Sujit, Kaushal, and Santosh who took care of us throughout our stay with such warmth and attention. Their service made our experience even more memorable. The food was delicious and had a good variety for everyone. The hospitality from the staff was excellent; they were friendly and helpful throughout the event. The water park area was clean and very enjoyable, especially for relaxation and fun activities. The games and entertainment were well arranged and kept everyone engaged. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this venue for future events.
