We are pleased to offer theme rooms, The Western rooms, The Cosmos room, The Farmhouse (includes a kitchen), The Dinosaur rooms, as well as a large private Clubhouse with a big kitchen with double refrigerators and stoves, a dining area, big screen tv, washer and dryer, foosball, Cornhole and Air Hockey. Outside there is a large patio, BBQ, lots of picnic tables and chairs, gas fireplace, play ground, and sand volleyball court. Fun Family Adventure Great get away, close to the dinosaur monument, not too far from Vernal. Nice gathering place to eat and play games. I realize I didn’t take places of the house but of the surroundings. It was a quiet restful place, clean and we had quick response from the owners when we had questions. The whole family said they’d like to book it again.

Family Reunion We had a great stay with our large family reunion group! Property is clean and open. We really enjoyed the clubhouse gathering area. Note that the washer and dryer are coin operated and a little small.
