Hotel is undergoing renovation. So for the time being there is no front office and lobby . I try to make early check in , but no excuse. I am just thinking maybe , they will give us some excuses due to renovation process . Anyway , we are allowed to check in around 13pm local time . And its okay too.

The reception staff went our their way to help me: they directed my Bluebird taxi driver, as he could not speak English; they helped me with ordering a Grab taxi; and even after I left the hotel, they contacted me to notify me about a restaurant I was asking them about. I am particularly thankful to Ms. Dewa for this support.
