The hotel location is very strategic and walking distance to Pantai Losari as well as popular eateries around the vicinity of the hotel. There’s 24 hour clinic and pharmacy next to the hotel. The hotel staff are very kind, polite and helpful from the front office, food and beverage as well as house keeping. Even though it’s a bit old hotel but worth the money.

Great location, room very comfortable, a bit of problem with the bathroom tap, pillow a little bit too high, TV only have TVRI. No variety. Breakfast food so - so

Overall, Santika Hotel is quite a good hotel. The location is strategic and makes it easy to get anywhere. The cleanliness is good, and the bathroom functions well. The front desk staff are friendly and always smiling. The only area for improvement is the breakfast. I think the food quality could be better. Sometimes it lacks flavor, sometimes it’s too sweet, sometimes too tough to bite, and sometimes too plain. I believe the kitchen team could benefit from additional culinary training.

The best place to stay and enjoy in Makassar. The room was very nice, super clean and great window views. Hotel staffs was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast and nice and delicious. Definitely will come back again to stay here if had a chance to visit Makassar.

The room was very fashionable. The front desk was very slow in arranging the room. I ordered a single bed and gave it to a twin bed for smoking. I later changed it to a single bed for non-smoking. It was a waste of time. Breakfast was okay. Transportation and restaurants were more convenient.
