Old, run-down, not clean, broken furniture. You just don't feel comfortable! Left the hotel after a few hours and booked another.

Hotel is around 1.5km to Ulaanbator Square, location wise, it is not too bad. Hotel vicinity is quiet and has a few nice neighbourhood pubs. Hotel condition is old, and interior is quite run-down. There was no daily cleaning despite our request. Although it provided basic accommodation, it is not worth the price (SGD45) we paid for.

Room is very big and comfortable. Location is good - near Prospect Mira, but very quiet. 15-20 min from main square, close to Gandan monastery. Staff helped us with night transfer to the airport.

The facilities are outdated, but the counter service and cleaning were still good. The problem was that there was no hot water, so I couldn't shower in this cold winter. ㅠㅠ

If you want a nice affordable sozialist stylish hotel, you are right here. with comfortable furniture, good wifi,and here ist the but,shower in a bathtub and a fitted carpet which has see better years. I would say to top location and welcoming staff.
