UBPOD-The First of Capsule Hotel in Mongolia

Wow this capsule has the ambiance of a 4 star hotel! Staff were welcomibg-allowing me to checkin very early. Best value. The location is quite a walk fron Sukhbataat Square-40 minutes/2.8 kilometres but can yake bus. I just walked at 2am though in 11 degrees in shorts :) Simple yummy healthy breakfast was ibcluded Best value for money My only remark is that the capsules kinda creak when you move aroubd inside-but can't think of anything to avoid that. That's just how there are I guess. There's even a set of local Mongolian attire touridys can wear and take photos The staff were all very nice!

Location is near to malls, restaurants and supermarkets. 15min walk to the Narantuul market. Room is small, that's expected, I appreciate the private bathroom. The bed is firm and the pillows provide good support. There's a TV in the room but it doesn't work. You need to let the water run for a good 5-10 min before you get any hot water, it didn't help with a broken tap. The blind fell off in the middle of the night. Whilst the pace look new, the workmanship is questionable. Do note that the lift only goes to the 5th floor and the hostel is on the 6th, the extra floor is 2 flights of stairs.

🇰🇷🇲🇳 A Warm Mongolian Journey Made Even Better by Korean-Speaking Hospitality During my recent trip to Mongolia, I stayed at this guesthouse for four days, and it became much more than just a place to sleep—it was a comforting home away from home. When I first arrived in Mongolia, I was worried about the language barrier and unfamiliar surroundings. I wasn't sure where to go, how to get around, or even what to eat. Fortunately, there was a staff member who could speak Korean and kindly assisted me throughout my stay. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to the female staff member who helped me. Whenever I had questions, she patiently explained everything in Korean with a warm smile. Thanks to her kindness, I was able to enjoy my four days in Mongolia without any inconvenience or stress. Beautiful scenery is an important part of any journey, but I believe it is the kindness of people that leaves the deepest impression. Everyone at this guesthouse was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring toward travelers. One of the greatest advantages of this guesthouse is its Korean-language service. For Korean travelers visiting Mongolia for the first time, it provides comfort and confidence, making the entire travel experience much easier and more enjoyable. If I have the opportunity to visit Mongolia again, I would not hesitate to stay here once more. The blue skies and vast grasslands of Mongolia were truly breathtaking, but the warmth and kindness of the people I met here will remain an even more precious memory. Very Clean, Quiet, Friendly Owner & Stuff! Highly recommend this place. You can chose a type of room, there are several ranks of room Large living room, counter kitchen, many sofas, .you will find your relaxing space.

😍I really enjoyed my stay at UB Pod Capsule Hotel. The capsules are modern, cozy, and well designed. Everything was clean and organized, and the staff were amazingly friendly and kind. The location is perfect close to all the major sights in Ulaanbaatar. I could easily walk to many attractions near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shops. It made my trip so much easier. Coffee and tea always available and also it’s included. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip! Highly recommended 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

I stayed with my girlfriend who is Mongolian. I detected the receptionist's hostility towards her and found the receptionist's attitude a bit nasty. We checked in around 11pm. And my gf was the one who booked it. And she wanted to change the name to mine/foreigner. So there won't be any problems, but her request to modify the travelers' name through Trip app by the hotel was denied . And when we were checking in, the reception was demanding her passport for which she explained why they could use my passport instead. But after some minutes of explanation, we finally got to check into our room. I wish the receptionist was more welcoming. Although I don't speak Mongolian well, I felt the tone wasn't very pleasant. Facilities are minimalistic and modern. They have nice ***** lights around the mirror. We liked the overall interior. One downside is the hot water often disappears. Apart from that, it was fine. There's TV in the Double room and a private shower. Nice amenities

I booked 5 days for double room, I thought it's with window like the pictures show on booking platform, unfortunately no. The location not close to the central, but you can take the bus to most of the attractions place. And no laundry provide, the hotel only have self use washing machine. The room are spacious, but no heater, too cool in winter. The hot water shower need to waiting couple of minutes, and the water pressure too weak. End up the owner modified my stay, I only stay 2 days, and change to another hotel.
