The Wi-Fi wasn't working, which made check-in a bit of a hassle, but the staff were very kind and resolved it quickly, so I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean, and having a 24-hour supermarket and food court nearby was really convenient. The shower was also comfortable with good water pressure. I think it was excellent value for money.

I was very satisfied with this accommodation. The host was very kind and made our stay very comfortable. The host came out to meet us so we wouldn't get lost. The host took care of our luggage while we traveled to other parts of Mongolia. I could contact the host via Whats app. The toilet and shower room were separate. i love that. The hot water came out very well. The host even let me use the washing machine. The common area was spacious and comfortable. If I go to Mongolia again, I will stay at this hotel.

The best part of the hotel is the proprietor. He it was extremely nice, well informed about the city, and helped me get to the airport, which I could not have done on my own. Highly recommend!

They refused to check us in and we can't return the money, don't get involved with this hotel, there was also a situation at 2 am

Did the 9 day tour that was guided with Turo words cannot express how epic and in depth our tour was! During the Tour, Turo was our guide and made sure all of our needs were met. The guide has a wealth of knowledge for local culture, great english speaking skills, history, horseback riding, terrain and an expert at driving. The 9 day tour we went on had a 3 day horse trek which turo added an extra day to which we loved, festivals, ger stays and even riding a camel on the last day! Visiting local nomadic families, you can really immerse yourself into what the local culture is like! Everything was paid for such as accommodation, food, transportation and event fees. Make sure to bring cash if you want to buy any personal souvenirs. 10/10 would love to come back and have Turo once again as our guide
