前台熱情專業，入住流程快捷，細節滿分！床品柔軟乾淨，一夜好眠，強烈推薦給朋友。隔音效果很好，安靜私密，適合商務和休閑。地理位置優越，周邊美食購物方便，性價比超高，餐廳乾淨，早餐豐富可口，很有食慾，晚上還給送了兩份水果，做到了賓至如歸的感覺，下次旅行還會選擇這裏。

I stayed at Lavande Hotel Wuyi Square in Ulanhot in early April. Although the scale is not large, the brand management of Jinjiang Inn is obviously showing. 離火車站汽車站近，出行方便，價格小康，很適合俺這個腿腳越來越沉重的老頭。入住洗漱休息，洗理用品雖過於簡單些，連餐巾紙也無，但酒店內的設施衞生小環境都在預期內，一夜睡得頗好。不自在出在離店前的時刻，店家爽了昨晚約定的”早七點送餐”，便於7點30分前後連續3次到前台取餐不得，眼看上午的日程將被打亂，欲退房先走不等早飯了，前台的兩位女士讓我稍等，説”再過5分鐘早點就送來了”，考慮到再等5分鐘對一天日程影響不大，便在吃了早餐再走更好的意念下等着，接下來是一個5分鐘時間到了，第二個笫三個5分鐘也過去了，轉眼過了早8點鐘，還沒送到，便要攜行包退房，這時前台一女士讓我再等下，她親自出店去取早餐。這時已通過觀察前台和牆壁櫃上的物什，知曉早餐是自己幾年來力戒的油條、漢堡和加糖充水牛奶，心裏的不快不由自主地由斑斑點點轉化為氣憤了，耽誤時間等來的是心血管病患者的殺手。唉，怪誰呢？自選的海友酒店，自作”孽”不可活不是。但願這次”孽”是我旅行中的唯一，也是海友酒店的唯一。但願過不二生過不二出。、、、、善哉善哉。最後俺要説的，前台從晚到早，很負責，俺要求七點吃早餐她還做了登記，在久等和反複電話催促早餐仍送不來情況下，親自騎車去取，很感動俺們，在老伴説一份小漢堡吃不飽時還讓我們多取了2個，謝謝前台女士也謝謝酒店。
