The staff were great at check in and out. Very helpful and friendly. The room was huge, like an entire apartment. Very restful and relaxed, it was a shame to only stay one night.

The location is terrible, in a 4th rate town and on the outskirts of town, far from everywhere, no services. The bill was wrong. I will not stay in this place again.

Good stay
Our stay was really good. The room was clean and tidy and the huge bed was super comfy. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.

Disgrace
Not even going to try to list everything wrong with the place. Having booked a ‘premium room’, to find hole in the plasterboard and a contact lens on bathroom floor, ac with an error code, glass bathroom door that wouldn’t fully close, rusty shower head…..They did move us to a standard room (no mention of refund for state of room or for the fact a standard room is cheaper) this was marginally better though still had a rusty edge on bathtub.

I think the receptionists name was Issac (fuzzy black hair!) really nice, chatty, relatable and made us feel valued and welcomed within seconds.
