"There isn't much information on the site. First off, the owner (son) and the manager kept contradicting each other, saying there were extra charges and then there were, so they kept repeating. Please check carefully before visiting. I have summarized the response I confirmed with the owner (son) and am leaving it here. There is an additional fee for using the BBQ (seat charge), and there is an extra charge even if you bring your own grilling equipment. Except for the Penthouse, you must pay a separate fee for the swimming pool: 20,000 won per person. Check-in is from 5:00 PM. There is one separate room where pets are allowed; for other rooms, you can bring a dog by paying an additional fee (15,000 won). Supplies for dogs are not provided, so you must bring everything yourself. There is a dedicated pool for dogs. There is no elevator; you must walk up to the 4th floor (Penthouse and Caravan). There is ample parking space, and there is a children's playground and a small soccer field on the 2nd floor. The view was pretty and the room was clean, but the size was a bit disappointing compared to what I expected. The water level in the pool was suitable for children to play in (infants and toddlers)."

"I guess it is an amazing spot if you want to calm down as there is nothing to do around. Going there without a car is not recommended. However, the room was spacious and the staff tried it's best to communicate."

The room was quiet, with a large TV (you can connect your own YouTube channel) and a comfortable bathroom. 💜 There's a large street nearby with plenty of restaurants and 24-hour shops. We loved everything!"

"The cleaning was done so thoroughly during my 3-night stay that I felt good every time I returned from going out. The room and bathroom were spacious and even had a bathtub, so I was worried the cleaning might be a bit lacking, but it was always spotless. There wasn't much parking nearby, but the tower parking lot was a plus. One minor drawback, as mentioned in other reviews, was that the lighting was a bit dim. Since I was only sleeping there, it was fine, but it was slightly inconvenient for applying makeup. However, considering the price, I had a great stay. If I have another business trip in the future, I think I will stay here again."
