The hotel was under renovations and they did not disclose this info online when booking. I checked the hotel information on their website before I went there. Wow, they have a pool! And brought a swimming suit and the pool was closed. Disappointed:( The staff was welcoming and friendly. And the room was nice but I found an empty plastic bottle next to the bed. The gym is very small.

There is a small kitchen in the room. The hotel is in a very convenient location. Next door is Walmart and various restaurants. It is very lively and prosperous compared to other hotels in the United States. I bought food at the nearby Walmart and cooked it in the small kitchen at night. The pots, pans, and bowls were all available. I was very satisfied.

Disappointed for the Price Our room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in. When we got to our room it reeked of cleaner which when it finally calmed down, turned to a smoke smell. The coffee carafe was missing. We booked a mountain view room, but it faced the store across the street. Overall the stay was fine for the night, but we were extremely disappointed for the cost of the room

Host at the front desk was on her cell phone when I went to check in and did not even look up to greet me until she finished whatever she was doing on her cellphone and was quite rude when she did finally acknowledge me. I booked a one bedroom suite and was downgraded to a glorified studio (Mountain View) but had to pay the original price in the amount for the suite even though I definitely did not get a suite like I had booked for. Hotel advertises as having pool on Google but pool is permanently closed. Bathroom was dirty and shower floor was stained brown. Room had multiple light bulbs out in it and did not feel very clean. Overall definitely will not be staying there again and I would advise anyone thinking about it to stay away. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
