The host - Weng is very responsive. Checkin is easy just collect the access card from the mailbox and drop it back when checkout. The location is very close to the Lost World theme park but quite a distance to Ipoh city and eateries. The cleanliness needs to improve especially the towel provided.

I love the layout of the apartment. Small yet compact with all furniture that me and my friends need for 1 night. The location is every convenient and the check in and check out is very well instructed by the owner. Definitely gonna stay here again next time

A very nice stay and a good experience overall. 😊 The onsen pool is nice. However there seemed to be an issue with the hot water in the bathroom so we only had cold water.. But definitely a good stay overall! (:

Very comfortable and cozy place perfect for family, I like the management very accommodating to assist us. I will surely book again this unit. The pool my kids enjoy so much. I like the onsen pool and sauna.
