This was my second stay here, both times booked through Trip.com. The environment is beautiful, and Jiali assisted us on both occasions – her service was excellent!

This is my second visit to The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat and it never disappoints. Beautiful natural surroundings, relaxing onsen, and the perfect place to unwind and recharge.

great hospitality.. really worth the price paid. We stayed in Water Villa which we both really enjoyed the pool and hot jacuzzi in the villa. Our arrival was greeted with complimentary anniversary cake setup in the room, and we really appreciate this gesture from the hotel. We will definitely come back in the futur

The villa was elegant and comfortable, and the hot spring facilities were exceptional. What made the stay even better was the staff — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A superb hotel for couples and those who wish to have relaxing stay. Villas are spacious and in excellent conditions. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. Guaranteed for relaxing time in a spectacular natural environment.

Booked the villa for my birthday celebration, dined in Jeff cellar restaurant. Both the hotel & restaurant service are top notch. The staff is very attentive & friendly, as well the buggy service arrive after few minutes we call.. also enjoy their yoga activities, a short gateway from the busy city, living in the nature space. Highly recommend for couple to do their honeymoon or celebration here ..

Very quiet place for relax & enjoy the nature around.

This hot spring hotel is nestled in the valley, boasting beautiful surroundings and fresh air. There's no need to leave the resort; you can simply enjoy good food and drinks, soak in the hot springs, and even feed the fish. Breakfast is served until 11:00 AM and is à la carte. A friendly Chinese staff member recommended the *char kway teow*, shredded chicken rice noodles, and curry rice noodles, all of which were absolutely delicious! We also tried the French restaurant located in a cave, and the ambiance was truly stunning. The food service there was genuinely very slow, so it's best to enjoy some wine while you wait. The souvenir we received at check-out was also a lovely touch. Highly recommend staying here if you have the time.

We stayed here, just the two of us — And honestly… it was everything we didn’t know we needed. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the world slowed down. Just nature, silence, and the two of us. 💧 The villa — Private, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We had our own natural hot spring tub… soaking in warm water under the trees, just talking, laughing, and sometimes saying nothing at all. It felt intimate, real, and healing. 🧘♀️ The caves — Meditation cave was so quiet, we could hear our own hearts. Steam cave felt like a reset for the body. We didn’t rush anything. Everything there teaches you to slow down. 🍽️ Jeff’s Cellar dinner — This was the highlight. Fine dining in a 260-million-year-old cave — just wow. Romantic, calm, and full of little surprises from the chef. We’ll never forget it. 🌿 The overall experience? It’s not just a resort. It’s a space where two people can really reconnect — without noise, without distraction. Just you, your person, and peace. ⸻ We came here to rest. But we left with something more. A calm heart. It is one of the most luxurious villas we have stayed at. Staff were all well trained and accommodating. Grounds were well maintained. But of all, the natural limestone caves were the draw that differentiates this property
